THE RETURN & EXCHANGE FLOW
Follow these steps to get your gear sorted. It’s a quick, no-hassle process for our tribe.
Step 1: Check Your Eligibility & Timeline
- Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be in original, resalable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including dust bags for HANDBAGS or CROSSOVER CLUTCHES).
- Proof: Your order number or confirmation email is required.
Step 2: Initiate Your Request
Email our crew at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”. Use the template below to make it super fast.
Step 3: Receive Instructions & Ship It Back
- Our crew will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- Important: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS).

Step 4: We Process & You Get Sorted
- Inspection: Once received at our HQ, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions (usually within 3-5 business days).
- Refunds: For approved returns, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 5-10 business days after inspection. The timing for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchanges: For size or item exchanges, we will ship the new item to you via your chosen shipping method once the return is approved. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference. If it’s lower, you’ll be refunded the difference.
THE NON-RETURNABLES: KEEP THE CULTURE PURE
To protect the integrity of our gear and our collaborations, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- GEAR & ACCESSORIES: Items categorized as GLOVES (for hygiene reasons).
- LIMITED COLLABORATIONS: All items from our COLLABS, DRAGON BALL Z, and MIAMI VICE collections. These are exclusive, limited-run drops.
- CLEARANCE & SPECIAL PROMOTION ITEMS: Any item marked as final sale.
- Damaged or Altered Items: Any item not in its original, resalable condition (missing tags, washed, worn, or altered).

INTERNATIONAL SAVAGES NOTE
For our global tribe outside the US: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you fill out any required customs forms declaring the package as a “Returned Item” with NO COMMERCIAL VALUE to avoid additional duties/taxes. Refunds will be issued in USD.
