The Return & Exchange Flow: No Drama
Sometimes the vibe isn’t right. No stress. Our return process is as seamless as your checkout. Follow these steps to get sorted.
Step 1: Check Your Eligibility & Timeline
- Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be in original, resalable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging (including dust bags for HANDBAGS or CROSSOVER CLUTCHES).
- Proof: Have your order number or confirmation email ready.

Step 3: Receive Instructions & Ship It Back
Our crew will hit you back within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Important: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS).

Step 4: We Process & You Get Sorted
- Inspection: Once received, our team inspects the item(s) within 3-5 business days to ensure they meet our return conditions.
- Refunds: For approved returns, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 5-10 business days after inspection. The time it takes for the funds to show up depends on your bank or provider.
- Exchanges: For size or item exchanges, we ship the new gear to you via your chosen method once the return is approved. If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, you’ll be refunded the difference.
The Non-Returnables: Keep The Culture Pure
To protect the integrity of our gear and our exclusive collabs, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- GEAR & ACCESSORIES: All items in the GLOVES category (for hygiene reasons).
- LIMITED COLLABORATIONS: All items from our COLLABS, DRAGON BALL Z, and MIAMI VICE collections. These are exclusive, limited-run drops.
- CLEARANCE & SPECIAL PROMOTION ITEMS: Any item marked as final sale.
- Damaged or Altered Items: Any item not in its original, resalable condition (missing tags, washed, worn, or altered).

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. When shipping back, please fill out any customs forms and declare the package as a “Returned Item” with NO COMMERCIAL VALUE to avoid extra duties or taxes. Refunds are issued in USD.
