Spray Ground is where streetwear meets function. We create bold, statement-making bags, luggage, and accessories for global movers who value fresh drip and utility. Our style is direct, urban, and unapologetically unique—reflected in everything from our COLLABS to our DRAGON BALL Z drops.

Our Target Tribe: You’re a global savage. You value exclusive designs, functionality, and culture. You plan ahead or need your gear fast. You respect the craft and the rules of the game.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT & RESPONSIBILITIES

To keep the culture secure, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase.
• Keep your account details (if applicable) and order info confidential.
• Not use our site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.

3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

3.1 What We Sell

We offer exclusive streetwear and functional gear: BAGS, BACKPACKS, LUGGAGE, HANDBAGS, CLUTCHES, DUFFLES, and limited-edition accessories from categories like COLLABS, DRAGON BALL Z, and MIAMI VICE.

3.2 Product Descriptions & Availability

We try to be as accurate as possible with product images and descriptions, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. All items are subject to availability. If an item sells out after you order, we’ll notify you and refund you for that item.

3.3 Selling Region

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. It’s your responsibility to check if we ship to your location before ordering.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Placing an Order

Adding an item to your cart doesn’t reserve it. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD (US Dollars). We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material costs, tariffs, or errors. If an error is found after you order, we’ll notify you and either cancel the order or give you the option to confirm at the correct price.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your card is charged when the order is placed.

4.4 Order Processing

Our crew needs 1-2 business days to process and pack your order with care before it ships.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your gear ships, you’ll get a tracking number.

• Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): $12.95 USD. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment. Tracked.
• Free Shipping (EMS): FREE on orders over $50 USD. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location and customs processing.

Your Responsibilities: Provide a correct shipping address. We’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, customs holds, or unforeseen carrier issues. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are your responsibility.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Our return flow is designed for no drama. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page, summarized here.

6.1 Eligibility & Window

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return/exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging (including dust bags for handbags/clutches).

6.2 The Process

1. Initiate: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and details.
2. Instructions: We’ll send an RMA number and return address within 24-48 hours.
3. Ship Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty/incorrect). Use a trackable service. Ship to: Spray Ground Returns, 2904 Berry Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80904, USA. Declare as “Returned Item” with NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on customs forms.
4. Inspection & Resolution: We inspect within 3-5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Exchanges are shipped once the return is approved.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

As stated in Section 3.2, FINAL SALE items cannot be returned. For defective items in these categories, email us immediately with photos.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—designs, logos, graphics, text, and the unique aesthetic of our products—is the property of Spray Ground or our collaboration partners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our IP for any commercial purpose without our explicit written permission. Keep the culture pure.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Spray Ground and our crew will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (acts of God, war, supply chain issues, etc.).

9. PRIVACY & DATA

We respect your drip and your data. How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is outlined in our separate Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to those practices.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
